A venture-backed AI startup ($10 M Seed Round) building the next generation of voice-driven consumer experiences is hiring two Full-Stack Engineers — one with a frontend focus (React / React Native) and one with a backend focus (Node.js / Postgres / infra).

You’ll work onsite in San Francisco alongside a small, high-ownership team of engineers, designers, and AI specialists to ship features that power real-world introductions through voice AI.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across web (React) and mobile (React Native)

• Design and maintain Node.js + TypeScript backends with REST or GraphQL APIs

• Implement reliable real-time communication using WebSockets / WebRTC for chat, voice, and video

• Integrate third-party services (OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, payments, reservations, messaging) with robust monitoring and error handling

• Set up CI/CD, logging, metrics, and cost-aware scaling on AWS or GCP

• Instrument analytics and performance tracking to measure user engagement and system health

• Collaborate daily with product and design to prototype quickly and iterate based on real user data

What You Bring

• 4 – 10 years building production consumer software at startups or high-growth companies

• Expert-level TypeScript and React for web; comfortable with React Native or Node.js for backend

• Proven experience owning APIs, data models, and end-to-end features that shipped to real users

• Solid database experience (Postgres + Redis) and cloud deployment knowledge (AWS or GCP)

• Strong system design and testing fundamentals — you write clear, safe, maintainable code

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with product and leadership

• Startup readiness — comfortable in a high-context, fast-moving environment with tight feedback loops
