As a Marketing & Communications Project Coordinator, you will help coordinate diverse marketing efforts, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless execution across channels. Responsibilities

Lead project timelines for multi-channel marketing campaigns and launches.
Manage day-to-day operations across internal marketing teams and external partners.
Handle vendor logistics, contracts, and purchase order coordination.
Support digital marketing efforts and content execution, including social media and email campaigns.
Plan and coordinate internal and external events that align with brand goals.
Track, analyze, and report on project budgets and campaign performance.
Streamline workflows to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing or project management roles.
Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with vendor management and contract processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing collaboration tools.
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
