Job Specifications

The Business Analyst will support the Market Regulations & Outreach team in managing U.S. Regulatory Outreach programs related to CFTC, ISDA, FINRA, SEC, and Dodd-Frank. The role involves client scoping, compliance monitoring, reporting, and coordination across business and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in regulatory outreach activities and client scoping.
Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations (FINRA, SEC, Dodd-Frank, etc.).
Prepare and report metrics, KPIs, and KRIs for management.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business units and compliance teams.
Handle high-volume workloads, prioritize ad-hoc tasks, and meet deadlines.
Investigate and escalate issues/risks as required.
Maintain clear communication across all levels.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and compliance frameworks.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure with accountability and ownership.
