Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Entry Level Marketing Coordinator for our client in the energy sector. This role is part of a growing team focused on customer retention, brand consistency, and sales enablement. You’ll collaborate across departments to create targeted marketing campaigns and improve the customer journey through data-driven insights and strategic content.

Responsibilities

Create and edit compelling marketing copy for emails, websites, and internal communications.
Design and manage email campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
Develop content and collateral to support residential sales and customer acquisition.
Gather customer feedback via surveys and relay findings to sales and product teams.
Monitor customer lifecycle communications to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
Track and report on ROI of all email and digital marketing initiatives.
Manage and contribute to social media content calendars and community engagement.
Promote services and products during campaigns and special events.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance customer offerings.
Partner with call center teams to provide sales tools and marketing support.
Research industry and competitor trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing communications or email marketing roles.
Proficiency with email platforms and content management systems such as WordPress.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and accuracy.
Experience in social media marketing and campaign execution.
Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
