Oracle Functional Consultant / PeopleSoft-Fusion Specialist

Experience Level: 5+ Years (Lead / Senior Consultant Track)

Seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Cloud/Fusion or PeopleSoft modules. Candidates with crossover experience between PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud (Fusion/HCM/ERP) are highly encouraged to apply.

Target Modules (one or more of the following):

HCM - Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits
ERP/Financials - GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Fixed Assets
SCM/Procurement - Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts

Responsibilities:

Lead or support module configuration and implementations
Analyze business requirements and translate into Oracle solutions
Conduct CRPs, UAT, and end-user support
Collaborate with technical and project teams
Provide functional improvements and issue resolution

Required Experience:

5+ years as an Oracle Functional Consultant (Cloud, Fusion, PeopleSoft, or EBS)
Experience in at least one of the functional areas (HCM, Finance, or SCM)
Strong understanding of configurations, testing, and requirements gathering
Client-facing consulting or implementation experience

Preferred Experience:

Oracle Cloud/Fusion migrations from PeopleSoft or EBS
Techno-functional background (bonus but not required)
Exposure to multi-module engagements
