Must Haves:

Demonstrated experience working with Mission Critical application such as OTIS (Offender Tracking Information System)
Demonstrated experience with managing technical teams using Azure Cloud, Mobile technology, .Net, Oracle, SQL server
Demonstrated experience identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risks throughout project lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in rollout strategies of Mobile solutions

Nice to have:

Skill Set Requirements:

Skills and Knowledge:

Credentials and/or experience that reflect current professional standards for the discipline BABOK (Business Analyst Body of Knowledge) certification and/or demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the key BABOK concepts, tasks, techniques, and skills.
NET technologies (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET framework), MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Java / Oracle, Team Foundation Server, proficiency in use of MS

Business Analysis:

Recent experience as the lead or primary Business Analyst on large I&IT projects
Extensive experience with business process analysis and modelling
Extensive experience in development of requirements, facilitating Business Process
Reengineering sessions and feasibility studies
Produce visual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignment with the program area and associated business architecture, as well as traceability to solution logical and physical architectures
Conduct, assess, evaluate and document stakeholder interests and business needs

Business Architecture:

Experience in the last 5 years developing business architecture artifacts for Row 1 (Conceptual) and Row 2 (Logical)
