Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a top 5 banking client in Toronto (hybrid 2x per week in office). This BA will be assisting on a regulatory project.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with the bank's' operational frameworks.
This candidate will be working within the eGRC (Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team to assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing current regulatory and risk strategies.
Conduct business process analysis to identify gaps in current operations against new regulatory demands.
Define and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into clear and actionable requirements for both technical and business teams.
Work closely with project managers and other executives to track project milestones and dependencies.
Assist in defining and managing project risks related to compliance gaps.
Ensure business workflows support seamless regulatory adoption.
