Job Description/ Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Leverage expertise in Credit Card processing to support the development and implementation of related systems and enhancements.
Collaborate with Agile teams to groom product backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning.
Facilitate requirement workshops, work breakdown sessions, and provide support throughout the SDLC.
Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for story documentation and Agile tracking.
Conduct impact analysis and support system integration efforts.
Ensure solutions align with business goals, system capabilities, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

8-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Credit Card domain expertise is mandatory.
Familiarity with TS2/TSYS platform is a strong asset.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, including story writing and grooming.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in requirements, business process mapping, and documentation.
Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to various levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
