What are your contributions to the team?

The development of additive manufacturing solutions for Aircraft On Ground situations
The implementation of Artificial Intelligence driven data analysis for repeatable issues
Supporting Operations in solving and managing problems on the production line (daily or through projects)
Support in realizing the vision of the Industrialization and planning team

During your internship, you will learn:

Continuous improvement processes (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
Develop problem solving skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Participate in multi-disciplinary workshops and project reviews.
Better understanding of aerospace manufacturing

How to thrive in this role?

Enrolled in Engineering degree with focus on data analysis & optimization
Industrial Engineering experience preferred
Experience in managing projects would be an asset
Familiarity with manufacturing environment and aircraft assembly
Ability to utilize various coding languages to support analytics (Python, Java, VBA, SQL, etc.)
Possess strong communication/ presentation skills, & the ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience with MS Office, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding and ability to work with PowerBI (front and backend) would be an asset
Speak and write in English

Boarding Information:

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Duration: 12 months Preferred (or 8 months minimum)
On Site ONLY

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
