Qualification:

8 years of experienc with Servicenow

Experience Supporting technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Catalog.

Configure and enhance the Service Catalog, including request forms, catalog items, and fulfillment processes.

Utilize Integration Hub for building and managing complex integrations.

Develop and maintain solutions using Flow Designer for process automation.

Proven experience with ServiceNow Workflows development and customization.
