My client are a large Pharmaceutical company seeking an Operations Manager (Veeva) for a 12 month contract. Its 3 days per week in Berkshire.

ROLE:

To own operational projects including (but not limited to) Sales force operations, GDPR reconciliation, managing access and security, Veeva, etc. and enable process improvements to achieve the goal of making the team streamlined in operations

I'm seeking a detail-oriented professional to streamline operations, manage data processes, and drive efficiency improvements in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities:**

Own, oversee and coordinate regular operations like loading Performance Objectives, Target list, Audience list, reconciliation process, GDPR mailers, etc.
Identify, develop, implement and document processes to improve efficiency
Process and track purchase orders related to data operations and vendor services
Build expertise in on anything related to Veeva (Data, platform and training)

**Requirements:**

Experience in data operations, conducting training, and process improvements
Experience of working in a virtual, multi-national organization and in cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to collaborate and guiding team members to complete a task
