Product Analyst:

Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 200 organization recognized for innovation and operational excellence, is seeking a Product Analyst to support digital product teams driving operational transformation across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Product Owners to build visibility into business performance through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Assist with user research, story writing, and process documentation to support agile delivery.
Perform process mapping, value stream mapping, ROI analysis, and performance metrics development.
Develop and execute quality assurance and testing plans to ensure successful implementation.
Support change management initiatives that drive user adoption and operational improvement.
Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Utilize data insights to inform decision-making and measure outcomes.
Consolidate and interpret user feedback and research findings to guide product direction.
Present results and updates clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
Work independently through ambiguity and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar within an enterprise environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital product lifecycles.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
Background in energy, utilities, or other large-scale enterprise sectors a plus.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to build rapport and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
