Job Title: AI-Ops Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Pay Rate: Open (DOE)

Responsibilities

AIOps Platform Management

Oversee and enhance AIOps platforms to automate IT operations and deliver operational analytics.
Leverage AI/ML models to drive actionable insights and improve performance.

MLOps Implementation

Implement ML models within IT operations for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and RCA.
Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize models for continuous improvement.

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)

Build and manage scalable cloud solutions using AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3, Kinesis, SageMaker, CloudWatch).
Enable seamless hybrid integration between on-prem and AWS environments.

IT Operations Tools

Administer and optimize platforms like QuantumMetrics, Dynatrace, ServiceNow CMDB, and Riverbed.
Integrate tools to ensure end-to-end observability and performance monitoring.

API Development & Integration

Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs for event-driven and integrated system architectures.
Ensure smooth data and process flow between internal and external systems.

Observability & Monitoring

Deploy and manage observability frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
Identify trends and improvement areas to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

Problem Solving & Optimization

Apply data-driven strategies to resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Deliver actionable recommendations for operational excellence.

Automation & Discovery

Leverage auto-discovery and CMDB-driven automation frameworks to enhance infrastructure visibility and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Operations, Cloud, and Security teams to deploy and scale AIOps initiatives.
Act as the liaison to ensure business alignment and seamless execution.

AIOps Evangelism

Advocate AIOps adoption across teams by communicating value and ROI.
Present insights through clear, data-backed storytelling to influence stakeholders.

Continuous Innovation

Stay ahead of emerging trends in AIOps, ML, and cloud technologies to drive innovation and performance improvement.
