YOUR POSITION

Within our Trade Marketing department, you are responsible for the marketing activities and activations we execute on an in-store level. It is important to have an understanding of the launches of the Maison, the multiple activities, KCPs and multiple target groups that you want to activate.

As a Trade Marketing intern you will be supporting the Trade Marketing Manager Benelux and will be part of the Trade Marketing & Merchandising Benelux team. Together with an intern based in the Netherlands you will be assisting multiple Trade activities. In this role you will be in daily contact with multiple parties; suppliers, graphic designer, stores, headquarters of retailers, etc. We are looking for an intern whom is available for at least 6 months, on a full-time basis.

Job responsibilities

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be To

Create and deliver the in-store visibility with our Retailers
Create and deliver the ‘salescard’ to prepare the stores for an upcoming Trade event
Co-ordinate the incentives to motivate the employees on a store level
Correctly inform the field team on all Trade activities and the incentives
Assist with the creation of monthly reports and the analysis of competition
Daily correspondence with multiple both internal and external parties
Assist with the co-ordination of the ‘retailtainment plan’

Profile

The Ideal Candidate

Fluent in French and English ; Dutch is a plus
Great eye for detail
Well-organized
Good understanding of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
Creative with a sense of aesthetics (need to be able to respect and carry out the brand’s guidelines and image)
Knowledge of the house of Parfums Christian Dior and it’s products
You are currently studying Marketing/Communications/Business (HBO/WO)
You are still enrolled at school
