Overview:

Seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Strategist to lead demand generation and partner marketing initiatives, driving measurable growth. This contract role reports directly to executive leadership and focuses on strategic marketing execution, agency selection, product amplification, and channel partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

Define marketing objectives and success metrics to reach key decision-makers (e.g., HR and benefits leaders, brokers), enhance brand visibility, and position the organization as a trusted technology partner.
Lead the evaluation and onboarding of a new marketing agency to support demand generation, digital campaigns, and co-marketing efforts. Manage RFPs, vendor assessments, and integration with analytics and CRM tools.
Develop and execute campaigns to promote a portfolio of AI-powered solutions, emphasizing client-facing features such as analytics, decision support, mobile integration, and chatbot functionality. Drive pipeline growth through multi-channel tactics and thought leadership content.
Strengthen relationships with brokers, consultants, and carriers through joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with sales leadership to track performance and optimize partner engagement.
Lead launch strategy for a flagship AI-driven product, crafting compelling narratives and campaigns to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Leverage client success stories and referral programs to boost credibility.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, and Operations to align marketing efforts with business priorities. Use integrated dashboards to monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to maintain growth targets.

Qualifications:

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including demand generation, partner marketing, and product launches.
Proven success in agency management and executing digital and co-marketing strategies.
Experience marketing AI-driven or tech-enabled solutions, ideally in HR tech or benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM, ABM tools, and performance tracking.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently within a defined budget and timeline.
