The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and communication skills with a foundational understanding of authentication technologies such as SSO, SAML, and OIDC. This individual will serve as the bridge between technical integration engineers and business application owners — driving reporting, process improvements, and ensuring successful onboarding of applications into the new IDP environment.

Location:

Hybrid – Onsite 4x per week

Offices in Burbank, CA, Orlando, FL and New York, NY

Type:

10-Month Contract

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or a related field.
Strong understanding of authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts, including SAML and OIDC protocols.
Proven ability to gather and analyze reporting data from multiple sources (manual and automated).
Experience supporting or coordinating enterprise-scale technology migrations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of managing multiple priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely updates to leadership.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Okta or similar identity platforms.
Understanding of integration processes and technical roadblocks within authentication or IAM systems.
Experience using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to create and automate reporting dashboards.
Exposure to incident management or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Prior experience in an enterprise transformation or onboarding environment a strong plus.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate

Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth onboarding of applications into the new IDP.
Coordinate across a team of integration engineers, tracking migration progress, resolving escalations, and maintaining alignment with project timelines.
Develop, maintain, and improve reporting processes to measure onboarding success, performance, and adoption metrics.
Lead or contribute to office hours and working sessions with application owners to support their transition into the new authentication system.
Ensure reporting accuracy by combining multiple data sources and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement within IAM onboarding and reporting workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities.
Manage incident and ticketing workflows, ensuring timely communication and resolution between integration engineers and business stakeholders.
Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring partners across the enterprise have a positive experience during the migration process.
