Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support a new Operational Technology (OT) project integrating IT and OT identity systems.
You’ll design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk, ensuring compliance with CAF, eCAF, and NIST frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage IAM solutions (AD, Entra, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
Support IT/OT identity integration, rollout, and transition activities.
Configure SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
Manage SailPoint IGA for automated provisioning and certification.
Administer CyberArk PAM (Vault, PSM, EPM, JIT access).
Investigate IAM incidents, enforce Zero Trust, and maintain compliance.
Collaborate with SOC and risk teams for identity threat detection and response.
Technical Skills
Directory Services: AD DS, AD FS, Entra ID, Okta.
IGA: SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, lifecycle automation, compliance.
PAM: CyberArk PAS, privileged session management.
Security: CAF, eCAF, NIST frameworks, IAM controls for critical systems.
Profile
5+ years in IAM with exposure to utilities or critical infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk.
Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Active SC Clearance required.
