Our client, a major Oil and gas company, is looking for a Business Analyst V to work on a long term contract in Houston, TX.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Analyst to support our legal technology platforms, including DocuSign and Ironclad. This role requires a self-starter who can drive process improvements, manage complex workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize legal processes and contracting workflows.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.
Configure, test, and maintain CLM tools (primarily Ironclad) and related platforms.
Manage Docusign, specifically as an admin
Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for legal technology solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Manage multiple initiatives in an Agile environment and groom backlog as needed.

Qualifications:

10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in legal or contracting domains.
Expertise with CLM tools (Ironclad), DocuSign, and process automation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
