Job Summary:

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, translating, and delivering information in clear and concise formats based on project requirements. Supporting the project manager in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management will be a key aspect of this role. Updating project plans, assisting in information collection and validation, providing input to project research, facilitating collaborative documents and data stores, and preparing status reports and presentations are all crucial responsibilities. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this position along with a solid understanding of MS Office.

Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, translate, and deliver information based on project requirements

- Support the project manager in scheduling, documentation, communication, and cost management

- Update project plans

- Assist in information collection and validation

- Provide input to project research

- Facilitate collaborative documents and data stores

- Prepare status reports and presentations

Skills:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Office

- Familiarity with Salesforce and application processes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in project management or related field preferred

- Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus
