As Head of Finance, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial strategy, operations, and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a real impact.

Head of Finance - Responsibilities

Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Manage cash flow, runway, and scenario modelling to support rapid growth.
Partner with the CEO and Board on fundraising, investor relations, and strategic decision-making
Build and scale finance systems, controls, and processes suitable for a fast-growing business
Manage financial reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
Support commercial teams with pricing, metrics and financial insights
Recruit and develop a small, high-performing finance team as the company scales

Head of Finance - Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Proven experience in a VC- or PE-backed environment, ideally within the technology or software sector
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with investors and leadership teams
Available on short notice
