We're working with a rapidly growing fund manager who are looking to hire a software developer to support the business. The role will entail continuous tech enhancement and automation of various processes within their middle office and broader business. The fund is at an inflexion point in their journey, with growth set to ramp up as they take on more AUM and expand in complexity. Candidates must have an understanding of trading ops tech stacks, the ability to create code, and build compelling business cases where needed.

This role will suit buyside candidates, ideally with direct hedge fund experience, and in a high intensity environment. This is the ideal time to join the company as they evolve to the next phase of their journey, with excellent opportunities for personal growth.
