About the Program
The Hill Research Management Trainee Program is designed for exceptional early-career professionals with a background in biostatistics who aspire to grow at the intersection of AI, data, and global healthcare innovation.
Over the course of the program, you’ll rotate between our TriClick™ Product and Marketing & Communicationsteams — gaining exposure to both the technical foundation and commercial strategy of an AI-driven biotech company.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and are eager to shape the future of AI-enabled clinical research.
What You’ll Do
In the TriClick™ Product Team:
Learn the full workflow of clinical data statistics and trial data management;
Draft and iterate on product requirement documents (PRDs) in collaboration with engineers and data scientists;
Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to new product feature design and validation;
Support product testing, workflow optimization, and user feedback collection;
Translate biostatistical domain knowledge into product insights that guide AI model development.
In the Marketing & Communications Team:
Support Hill Research’s presence at major global conferences (e.g., OCT, BBSW, LSX, Ai4, DPHARM);
Help manage LinkedIn campaigns, community engagement, and thought-leadership content;
Maintain and optimize our corporate website (Squarespace) with new product and media updates;
Contribute to the production of the “AI on the Hill” podcast, including guest research, scripting, and post-production;
Design and produce marketing assets such as brochures, decks, visuals, and press materials that tell our brand story.
You’ll also:
Work cross-functionally with technical, clinical, and operations teams;
Participate in mentorship sessions with Hill Research product and marketing leaders;
Build a foundation to advance into roles such as AI Product Manager, Biostatistics Product Specialist, or Global Marketing Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Biostatistics or a closely related field (Statistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or Medical Informatics);
Solid understanding of clinical trial and biostatistical workflows (e.g., data cleaning, SDTM/ADaM, TLF generation);
Internship experience at a major pharmaceutical company or CRO strongly preferred;
Passion for AI-driven innovation in healthcare and translating data into impact;
Strong analytical and communication skills, with professional English fluency;
Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:
Product & Data: Excel, Python, R, SPSS, Figma, Jira, Notion
Marketing & Design: Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Squarespace, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
