Title: Enterprise Creative Solutions Manager (Generative AI & Automation)

Contract: 12 months | Hybrid (3 days in London) |
Salary: £72,000 + benefits
Location: London, UK

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Strategic Development professional to help enterprise customers embrace the next generation of creative technology. In this role, you’ll empower large brands to adopt emerging creative automation solutions — from generative AI to cloud-based content production.

You’ll collaborate with creative, design, IT, and developer teams to identify high-value use cases, lead discovery workshops, deliver tailored demos, and scale adoption across the organisation.

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and enterprise transformation — working with cutting-edge creative tools used by the world’s most recognized brands.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to design and deliver impactful customer engagements
Lead discovery sessions and tailor demonstrations using customer assets
Identify scalable creative workflows and support formal pilots and POCs
Advise on best practices for GenAI and creative automation adoption
Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product teams

What You’ll Bring

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop + one other)
Knowledge of Firefly, Adobe Express, or Acrobat Studio
Experience in creative workflow consulting, enterprise client engagement, or product evangelism
Confident presenter with storytelling ability
Understanding of GenAI tools and prompting techniques
Comfortable engaging with IT/developer stakeholders on workflow automation
