Business Analyst

Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite, typically Wednesdays)
Residency Requirement: Candidate must reside in Wisconsin. No relocation permitted.
Contract Duration: Through June 30, 2026
Max Pay Rate: $40/hour

Project Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a high-profile Solution Program. This role involves leading cross-functional conversations, gathering business requirements, and driving process integration across siloed teams. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between policy, business, and technical teams to deliver impactful change.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate business requirement sessions across siloed teams
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Serve as a bridge between policy, process, business users, and developers
Drive process integration across disparate teams
Execute complex tasks independently with creativity and latitude
Requirements:

8–10+ years leading business analysis efforts in complex environments
Proven success in stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration
Strong background in process integration and change management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:

Experience with PeopleSoft implementations or analysis
Prior experience in government or public sector programs
