Job Specifications

We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a top media company hybrid out of their Los Angeles, CA offices!

Responsibilities:

Helping to onboard new teammates (requesting equipment, requesting credentials for new people, etc)
Shipping and receiving packages
Placing catering orders
Conference room management.
Will be moving offices 2 in next year – helping with that.
Booking Travel
Expenses

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in an Executive or Administrative Assistant capacity
Fast paced organization. Looking for someone with ambition – in growing pains, learning curves.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
Excellent personality, quick to learn
