Contract Type: Permanent, Remote

Salary - Up to £40k depending on experience

Summary:

As an Associate Consultant, you will leverage your 1-3 years of experience in IT and customer-facing roles to support data migration projects and SQL administration tasks. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service, applying your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges. The role requires clear communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences and a proactive, adaptable approach to learning and tackling new challenges.

A good quality bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject from a top UK university is essential, with a preference for a first-class degree. Candidates must have eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship. An interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable, reflecting the company’s focus on cutting-edge solutions.

Skills:

Good quality Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject (1st preferred)
1-3 years’ experience in an IT-based, customer-facing role
Experience in Data Migration and SQL Administration
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Critical and creative thinking abilities
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated attitude
Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence

Software/Tools:

SQL
ITSM platforms such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or equivalents

Certifications & Standards:

STEM degree (essential)
Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
