Your role:

Lead Pixie's market entry and business development strategy in Belgium.
Build and nurture relationships with new clients and partners.
Identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Select, onboard and mentor junior - Medior Business managers

What we are looking for:

Full autonomy in business development within the IT staffing industry.
Deep understanding of the Belgian market and professional culture.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong network in staffing, or tech sectors.
Fluent in English and French.
