- Proven ability to lead and manage larger teams in different GEO regions.

- Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.

- Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support

- Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery

- Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs

- Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AEM Assets Developer to support and enhance our Mufasa platform, a customized digital asset management solution built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets. This role involves developing and maintaining asset workflows, metadata schemas, and integrations to ensure efficient asset delivery and governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain digital asset management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.

• Customize components, templates, and workflows to support the Mufasa platform’s unique asset lifecycle requirements.

• Integrate AEM Assets with other enterprise systems (e.g., marketing platforms, content delivery networks, analytics tools).

• Implement metadata schemas, tagging strategies, and folder structures to optimize asset discoverability and reuse.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset ingestion, delivery, and performance.

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable DAM solutions.

• Ensure compliance with digital rights management, retention policies, and governance standards.

• Stay updated with AEM best practices, new features, and Adobe’s roadmap for DAM.
