Job Title: Endoscopy Technical Specialist

Location: North & South London - Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds & Cambridge

Hybrid: 50% Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

Employment Type: Inside IR35 Contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

We’re hiring Clinical Application / Technical Specialists to support Endoscopy medical device systems across the UK. You will provide technical setup, operator training, and customer support during system implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test Endoscopy hardware, software, and network components.
Provide on-site training and end-user support for new system deployments.
Manage equipment setup, verification studies, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years’ experience in IT systems, hospital IT, or medical device support.
Strong understanding of software and cloud infrastructure.
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and service-based software.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to travel regionally/nationally (~50%).
Self-starter, able to work independently and in hybrid setups.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
