Senior Programmer/Analyst (ServiceNow)

Ottawa, ON/Remote

Contract Role

Duration: 2 Years

Must have an active and valid reliability level clearance.

Fully remote for the most part. Might asked to attend meetings onsite from time to time in either NCR (Ottawa) and the GTA.

IT Asset Management
Security Operations
Strategic Portfolio Management

Must Haves:

Analysis of functional requirements leading to the execution of the design, development, and implementation of changes to the application
Develop and maintain configuration and programs based on approved requirements working both independently and within a team
Deliver technical specifications documents using the functional specifications provided by the functional and integration teams
Create and modify configuration and code for software as per technical specifications
Produce reports, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for applications
Analyze Code and objects to determine functional fit
Execute tasks related to the implementation of application and database design and fixes, coding, and technical documentation
Prepare training materials appropriate for target audiences, develop solutions, and conduct training sessions
Conduct usability testing to help pinpoint existing usability issues and guide the development of future improvements to the user’s journey as they interact with solution offerings.
Identify solutions that meet Government of Canada Web Standards for Usability and Accessibility (including WCAG).
