The IAM Cyber Controls Liaison/Client-Federation Lead plays a critical role within the Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, focusing on ensuring the alignment of member firm data visualizations with IAM controls evidence available through the IAM product suite. This position is also responsible for leading the successful implementation of IAM Single Sign-On (SSO) client federation, facilitating seamless access to Deloitte’s applications and services. The role requires advanced communication abilities, technical expertise in SSO and client federation, as well as strong data analysis skills to identify reporting needs. Additionally, the individual collaborates with technical teams to develop, validate, and maintain compliance reporting and dashboards that inform stakeholders and support decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:

Gather and translate stakeholder requirements for compliance report and dashboard updates which illustrate member firm compliance with IAM controls using data from the IAM product suite.
Serve as IAM Data Report Steward by handling data requests, using statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies in Identity Product datasets, and clearly reporting member firm compliance with IAM controls based on product usage.
Collaborate with IAM product owners and data engineers to develop Power BI reports tailored for a range of stakeholders, including Compliance Officers, Senior Leadership, IAM Product Owners, and technical delivery engineers, in order to accurately represent member firm compliance based on IAM product suite utilization. Work with Cyber Security, IAM Product Owners, and member firms to ensure data quality in IAM Reporting platform aligns with IAM cybersecurity controls.
Contribute to IAM controls and reporting standards: propose changes to metrics, reporting cadence, and evidence requirements based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Maintain the Federation Tracker and other operational datasets used to monitor client SSO/federation status, convert tracker data into actionable metrics, and ensure timely project completion.
Lead the coordination of Single Sign-On (SSO) setup by working closely with engagement teams, IAM technical team, and client contacts to ensure smooth integration and alignment with project goals.
Help facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams by explaining SSO requirements and steps in an easy-to-understand way to support a smooth onboarding process.
Manage the setup process of SSO, including coordinating testing before launch, and collaborating with teams to implement change management plans that reduce disruptions for users.
Serve as the primary point of contact for engagement teams and their clients, offering guidance and addressing inquiries related to SSO processes through effective verbal and written communication.
Oversee SSO implementation coordination, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
Coordinate the technical setup of SSO, including pre-deployment testing and validation, and work with engagement teams to implement change management strategies that minimize user impact.
