Akkodis is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a contract position with our client in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Infrastructure Services, with a proven background in managing end-to-end service operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring SLA compliance. The role requires expertise in overseeing infrastructure delivery across data centers, cloud environments, and enterprise networks to ensure optimal availability, scalability, and performance.

Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure services, including servers, storage, networks, cloud, and end-user computing.
Manage daily service operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Network, Cloud, Security, and Application Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize business disruption.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand evolving infrastructure needs and implement improvement initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous service improvements.
Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead infrastructure transformation and cloud migration programs.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data governance standards.
Prepare regular service reports and present them to senior management and clients.
