ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer

We're seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) instances and business processes for our government customer. Responsibilities
Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances and business processes
Design and develop custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver optimized solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Contribute to architecture discussions and document code for secure application deployments
Modify out-of-the-box platform applications to deliver rapid solutions
Develop application fields, forms, views, roles, and access controls
Integrate ServiceNow's API with third-party technologies
Design and develop process and solution integrations, workflows, configurations, and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; OR ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
7+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT operations (e.g., networking, storage, server management, systems administration, software development, cybersecurity, or architecture)
3+ years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
Experience with ServiceNow Madrid release or newer
Proficiency in designing custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
Ability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver platform solutions
Experience with application fields, forms, views, roles, access controls, and API integrations
Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and JSON
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow Romeo release or newer
Advanced ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Knowledge of Agile software development practices
ITILv4 Intermediate certification or strong background in application/service delivery
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
