Materials Engineering Internship – Sales Support & Technical Training (M/F)
Location: Albi / Tarn
Duration: 4 to 6 months

ACCESSR specializes in the distribution of high-quality laboratory equipment and consumables for research laboratories and high-tech industries.
We offer a wide range of solutions for materials synthesis and thermal processing, including systems such as CVD, RTP, HIP, and PVD furnaces.
Main Mission
Under the supervision of the technical and sales teams, you will be involved in two complementary areas:
1. Sales Support
Follow up and monitor sales of laboratory equipment and consumables.
Verify product conformity (technical specifications, accessories, documentation).
Analyze customer needs and update sales databases.
Contribute to the preparation of quotations and provide first-level technical support.
2. Technical Learning & Training
Phase 1 – Understanding furnace operation principles
Study the main components: heating elements, thermocouples, vacuum and insulation systems.
Learn how to select appropriate materials (quartz, alumina, SiC, etc.) depending on furnace temperature ranges, mechanical constraints, and thermal properties.
Phase 2 – Overview of advanced thermal processing methods
Gain familiarity with different furnace technologies and their working principles, including:
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)
ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition)
RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing)
HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing)
Melting and crystal growth furnaces
Understand the physical principles and technical requirements of each process.
Profile
Engineering school or university student (Master’s level or equivalent).
Specialization in materials science, physics, materials chemistry, or a related field.
Strong interest in materials synthesis, thermal treatment, and scientific equipment sales.
Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and attention to detail when verifying data.
Good communication skills; technical English required.

Mission principale
Sous la supervision de l’équipe technique et commerciale, vous participerez à deux volets complémentaires :
1. Suivi commercial
Suivi et relance des ventes d’équipements et de consommables de laboratoire.
Vérification de la conformité des produits (spécifications techniques, accessoires, documentation).
Analyse des besoins clients et mise à jour des bases de données commerciales.
Participation à la préparation des devis et au support technique de premier niveau.
2. Formation et apprentissage technique
Première phase – Étude des principes de fonctionnement des fours
Compréhension des principaux composants : éléments chauffants, thermocouples, systèmes de vide et d’isolation.
Étude du choix des matériaux (quartz, alumine, SiC, etc.) selon la température de fonctionnement, les contraintes mécaniques et les propriétés thermiques.
Deuxième phase – Découverte des procédés de traitement thermique avancés
Familiarisation avec les différents types de fours et leurs principes de fonctionnement :
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)
ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition)
RTP (Rapid Thermal Processing)
HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing)
Fours de fusion et de croissance cristalline
Compréhension des applications et des exigences techniques associées à chaque procédé.
Profil recherché
Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur ou université (niveau Bac+4 à Bac+5).
Spécialisation en science des matériaux, physique, chimie des matériaux ou domaine connexe.
Intérêt pour la synthèse et le traitement thermique des matériaux, ainsi que pour la vente d’équipements scientifiques.
Esprit analytique, curiosité technique et bonne communication écrite/orale.
Anglais technique souhaité.
