Exciting Opportunity – Product Support Analyst I (Onsite in Irvine, CA)

Our Client, one of the world’s largest restaurant companies known for iconic global brands, is looking for a Product Support Analyst I to join their growing technology team in Irvine, CA.

This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who loves solving problems, learning new technologies, and keeping complex systems running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in supporting and improving customer-facing applications and cloud infrastructure that power millions of transactions every day.

What You’ll Do:

Design, configure, and deploy customer-facing applications and infrastructure.
Manage and monitor cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues—sometimes outside normal hours.
Document processes and develop automation to prevent recurring incidents.
Build scalable monitoring systems for rapidly growing global platforms.

What You Bring:

A college degree (or equivalent experience) with up to 1 year in IT or related fields.
A basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, or application support.
Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to learn from senior engineers.
Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
