Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analyses between current and desired business processes.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Finance, Operations) to design and implement process improvements.
Develop process maps, user stories, and use cases.
Support data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams during the implementation and testing phases.
Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth transition of solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
