Job SummaryThe Solutions Developer will support and enhance production tools used across Operations & Delivery, while contributing to the creation of new process-improvement solutions. Working within the PITT Crew under Operations Performance & Modernization, this role supports ideation, development, deployment, and governance of tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency. The team follows Agile methodologies, allowing fast and effective delivery of high-quality solutions to business partners.Key Responsibilities
Support existing production tools while collaborating with delivery teams and business partners to build new process-improvement tools.
Work within the PITT Crew, a team of technically skilled SMEs developing and governing operational tools and workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to rapid deployment cycles.
Develop high-quality code and perform updates or enhancements as required.
Engage stakeholders with clear communication and active collaboration.
Assist with requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing tool support.
Required Experience
2+ years of experience in a developer role with hands-on coding.
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ability to code from scratch).
Advanced knowledge of Visual Basic, MS Access, MS Excel.
Experience working with SQL and SQL databases.
Experience using browser developer tools to analyze API methods.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Computer Science degree required.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of SharePoint development.
