What You'll Be Doing:
As a UI UX Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience for web applications. Your responsibilities will include:
Design Skills: - Bring your 3+ years of UX design experience to deliver stunning end-to-end design solutions.
- Collaborate within an Agile, multi-disciplined team to create innovative designs.
- utilise industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with a strong focus on Figma.
- Demonstrate your understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from a design perspective.
- Share a portfolio that showcases your beautiful, usable, and lovable designs, highlighting your technical product thinking and user-centred design methodologies.
Research Skills: - Lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to drive the design process forward.
- Recruit participants, moderate sessions, and analyse research results.
- Translate valuable research insights into actionable design improvements.
AI Exposure: - Leverage your experience in designing for AI or Machine Learning products, such as chatbots and automation.
- Be technically minded, understanding the nuances of AI design.

The candidate must be highly skilled in creating screens using Figma. Also experience designing for AI (chatbots, automation with agents).

Willing to pitch in at a moment's notice to drive projects forward.
