Service Strategy and Design Lead
We are seeking a Service Strategy and Design Lead to join our team. You must have Public Transport experience as this role is pivotal in shaping the transition of our integrated revenue collection contract.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in service strategy development and service design.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in project management and change management.
Knowledge of industry best practices in service management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly through written, oral, and design artefacts.
Proven ability to influence at a senior leadership level and manage third-party relations.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to create informed design and strategy artefacts.
Experience in translating design principles into contractual agreements and requirements.
IT Service Management qualifications, such as ITIL, with practical operation experience in large organisations.
Knowledge of cloud computing service models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and broad knowledge of Technology and Data Services.
Understanding of relevant legislation in the Government/Public Sector IT (eg, Data Protection Act, EU Procurement Directives).
Experience in delivering service strategies and leading service efficiency initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
