As part of a strategic digital transformation programme, we’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration of Front-to-Back applications within the IT department of a leading financial institution.

Your responsibilities:

Analyse business needs and lead scoping workshops
Design functional solutions and write detailed analysis documents
Act as the key interface between business, IT, and the Blackrock vendor
Support testing phases and ensure traceability of changes
Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory alignment

Your profile:

4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance or asset management
Strong understanding of Front-to-Back environments and migration challenges
Autonomous, structured, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Solid technical and functional analysis skills
ITIL Foundation and/or AML Compliance certification is a plus
