Business Analyst (Back-Office Migration) – Freelance

A customer in Leuven is looking for a Business Analyst to join on a freelance basis.

They are running a back-office migration project focused on moving core administrative and operational processes to a new platform.

The programme involves changes to processes, system integrations, data flows, and reporting structures.

They are therefore looking for a Business Analyst who can work between business and IT, gather and validate requirements, support analysis, and ensure a smooth migration across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Analyse current back-office processes, applications, and system integrations
Gather, document, and validate business and IT requirements
Perform impact analysis on processes, systems, and data flows
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
Support data migration, interface alignment, and reporting updates
Work with architects, developers, testers, and vendors

Requirements:

5+ Years as a Business Analyst
Some experience as a Functional Analyst.
English speaking, Dutch appreciated

DURATION: 12 Months

CONTRACT: Freelance

LOCATION: Leuven

ONSITE POLICY: Hybrid

HOURS PER WEEK: 40
