Minimum 5+ years as an IT Architect
Strong background in Solution Architecture
Experience with formal architecture frameworks & tools
(e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, Sparx EA, MEGA, etc.)
Strong understanding of functional/applicative architecture

Business

Experience in Banking or Insurance, OR in large/multinational environments

Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management
Ability to manage ideation → solution → approval
Clear communication of architectural choices (English)
Autonomy & reliability (meeting deadlines with no rework)
Ability to work within agile-at-scale organizations

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in:
Multichannel customer context management
Flexible authentication (web/mobile, corporate onboarding)
Middleware modernization / simplification
Document management & e-archiving
Employee portals & content management integration
Migration to private cloud environments

Knowledge of:

Enterprise-wide transversal components
Banking operations or regulatory constraints
Integrating systems across multiple business lines
