Job Title: IT Control & Compliance Officer Role Summary: Lead the execution of ICT controls, risk management, and compliance reporting within the organization. Coordinate the adaptation of group control plans, monitor key risk indicators, and collaborate with the Architecture and Security Board to uphold ICT risk governance. Expactations: 3–5 years of experience in Information Security, IT Risk, or Compliance roles. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement and maintain a regular ICT control testing framework. - Record and track ICT risks and action plans within the risk register. - Define, monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for critical ICT functions. - Coordinate the transposition of Group control plans and monitor policy changes. - Collaborate with the Architecture and Security Board on ICT risk governance. - Prepare and deliver local and Group‑level risk reports to management.
