Introduction:
RETTEW is seeking a motivated intern to join our Municipal Team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our clients and communities.

Position Summary / What You’ll Do:
As an intern, you will support the Municipal Team with technical tasks, project coordination, and field/office assignments. This role is designed to give you exposure to real-world consulting work and help you build skills that support your academic and career development.
Responsibilities / Day-to-Day:
Assist with design/calculations/drafting/data analysis for active projects
Support project documentation, reporting, and quality checks
Participate in field work, site visits, or data collection (as applicable)
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and project managers
Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming, and client deliverables
Other duties as assigned to support the project team
Qualifications:
Required
Current enrollment in Civil/Environmental Engineering field
Strong academic standing (minimum GPA if required)
Proficiency in [AutoCAD, GIS, MS Office]
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Previous internship or relevant project experience
Familiarity with civil engineering or water/wastewater field
