Job Specifications

Join our team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll lead a dynamic Scrum Team to create cutting-edge web applications. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at merging business objectives with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives and technical capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and release strategies.
Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure maximum business value is delivered.
Act as the advocate for customers and end-users throughout the development process.
Coordinate with developers, UX designers, QA, and Scrum Masters to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Engage in technical discussions with partners and clients to enhance product offerings.

Skills

3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role or similar within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong knowledge of Angular front-end frameworks and Java-based RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Proven ability to translate business needs and UX designs into technical requirements.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems such as Git.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience with Workday Configuration and integrations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in a cloud-native environment like AWS or Azure.
Insurance industry experience, particularly with Disability and Life products.
