Join EIP, a leading, award-winning IP law firm, where you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive workplace culture and driving impactful HR initiatives.

As HR Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR support across a broad range of activities, with a particular focus on employee relations, policy and process development, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team and act as a trusted advisor to employees, line managers, and Members. You’ll manage sometimes complex HR cases, help drive continuous improvement in our HR operations, and support a culture where everyone can thrive.

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a hard-working attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest standards of confidentiality. You’ll also bring:

Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Experience providing employee relations (ER) support to a demanding and/or challenging client group
CIPD qualification and/or relevant HR work experience

Desirable Extras Include

Degree-level education
Knowledge of German, US, or Swedish employment law and HR practices
Previous experience in a professional services environment
