My client is a fast-growing, design-forward company transforming the modern workplace through innovative, soundproof modular spaces. With global roots and a bold vision, we're building a team of driven, high-EQ professionals ready to make an impact.

They are hiring an Account Executive in Toronto, Canada who’s energized by startup culture, motivated by results, and thrives on relationship-building. You’ll be meeting with clients across Toronto and collaborating in-office when not out in the field (about 4 days/week).

What You’ll Do:

Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close
Respond quickly to inbound leads while generating outbound opportunities
Create tailored proposals and close deals with confidence
Travel for meetings, events, and trade shows across Toronto
Bring creativity, hustle, and heart to every conversation

Who You Are:

2–3+ years of sales experience (recruiting, real estate, tech, or similar)
Strong emotional intelligence and people-first approach
A self-starter who’s comfortable with ambiguity and fast pivots
Competitive, but collaborative — you play to win and win as a team
Inspired by good design and building something from the ground up

Based in Toronto (in-office + client-facing role)
Regional travel expected
