Now Hiring: Client Solutions Manager – Join Our Client’s High-Impact Marketing Team
Our client is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to work with some of the most strategic retail, food, and high-street partners across both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, product expertise, and client partnership—driving performance and shaping the way advertisers use some of the most powerful digital platforms in the world.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the trusted adviser and strategic problem-solver for a portfolio of high-value clients—leading strategy, media planning, troubleshooting, optimization, and measurement across Facebook and Instagram.
In this role, you will:
Build, deepen, and manage senior-level client relationships
Craft ROI-driven marketing solutions backed by data, attribution, and insight
Develop vertical expertise in retail and retail media networks
Design cross-channel strategies and media plans that move the needle
Troubleshoot complex issues and dive into platform performance at a granular level
Run queries, read signals, and spot trends across campaigns and markets
Lead daily optimizations, reporting, performance analysis, and strategic conversations
Partner cross-functionally to improve operational rigor and deliver revenue impact
Serve as the go-to expert on our client’s advertising solutions across Facebook & Instagram
What You Bring
Top Non-Negotiables
Strong technical aptitude—you understand how platforms work, not just how to brief them
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
Experience running queries, analyzing large datasets, and surfacing actionable insights
Deep familiarity with Facebook & Instagram advertising
Solid client-facing and sales experience, ideally from an agency background
Operational excellence: you’ve managed processes, escalations, and complex workflows
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in ad sales, digital marketing, media, or consulting
Proven record working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Experience in DR or brand marketing, ad-tech, partnerships, or platform operations
Skilled in media performance analysis and measurement
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, or Google
Strong agency background (biddable, business director level, or similar)
Ex-platform experience (Meta, Amazon, etc.)
Curiosity and a builder’s mindset—someone who loves to dig deeper
