**Job Title:** Client Solutions Manager
**Role Summary:**
Partner with top retail, food, and high‑street brands to deliver data‑driven Facebook and Instagram marketing solutions. Own a portfolio of high‑value clients, driving performance, optimization, and strategic growth while acting as the trusted adviser on platform capabilities and media planning.
**Expectations:**
- Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships.
- Deliver measurable ROI through strategic planning, media buying, and continuous optimization.
- Act as the go‑to expert on Facebook & Instagram advertising, offering insights and solution design.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve operational efficiency and revenue impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead strategy, media planning, troubleshooting, and measurement for a client portfolio.
- Develop and execute cross‑channel media plans that deliver incremental lift.
- Run data queries, analyze large datasets, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
- Conduct daily optimizations, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, present findings, and recommend strategic actions.
- Champion operational excellence by managing processes, escalations, and workflows.
- Stay current on platform developments, product features, and best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in ad sales, digital marketing, media, or consulting, with a strong agency background.
- Deep proficiency in Facebook & Instagram advertising, including media buying, reporting, and attribution.
- Strong technical aptitude: comfort with platform APIs, data tools, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced analytical skills: run queries, analyze large datasets, and translate data into insights.
- Excellent communication, client‑facing, and sales presentation abilities.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and senior‑level stakeholders.
- Operational mindset: process management, escalation handling, and workflow optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent platform credentials preferred.
