**Job Title**
Senior Product Marketing Manager – EMEA & LATAM (French Speaker)
**Role Summary**
Strategic, hands‑on product marketing leader responsible for end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy and execution across EMEA and LATAM. Works cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, Ops, Finance, and Global PMM teams to shape positioning, enable sales, influence roadmap, and drive market adoption of B2B SaaS products.
**Expectations**
- Own and prioritize a regional product marketing plan with measurable impact.
- Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable positioning and messaging.
- Lead launch activities from MVP through full market penetration, ensuring alignment with global strategy while tailoring to regional nuances.
- Deliver enablement content, training, and tools that empower sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Influence product development through customer‑centric advocacy.
- Manage regional stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization, coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market plans for new products and features.
- Create and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for EMEA & LATAM audiences.
- Produce sales enablement assets, including playbooks, battle cards, decks, and training programs.
- Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver regional value.
- Coordinate with Global PMM, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to ensure consistent brand and messaging.
- Track and report on launch performance, adoption metrics, and ROI.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years in Product Marketing or closely related field, with proven B2B/SaaS GTM success.
- Strong analytical ability to synthesize complex data into clear messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of tailoring content for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in French (essential); English proficiency required.
- Experience managing cross‑functional, matrixed teams and stakeholders at regional level.
- Ability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) are a plus.
