As we continue expanding across Europe, we are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to accelerate our regional growth and strengthen Evoto’s presence in key markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager based in the UK or Germany to lead sales activities across Europe. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for sales, excels at building customer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and presentations to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through assigned leads and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using structured follow-up and CRM tools.
Present, promote, and demonstrate Evoto’s products/services using persuasive communication and strong value propositions.

Client & Prospect Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain positive business relationships to support future sales, renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support regional campaigns and customer onboarding.
Represent Evoto at trade shows, workshops, conferences, and industry events in Europe.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations for different audiences.
Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Interest in the AI, photography, or creative technology industry is highly preferred.
Fluency in English required; German proficiency is strongly preferred for Germany-based candidates.
Willingness to travel across Europe for customer meetings and events.
